REFUND POLICY

We ship Monday-Wednesday via USPS priority shipping (1-3 days). If your order is placed on Wednesday, it will go out the following Monday. All of our butters are made fresh and immediately frozen to maintain their freshness. Each order is shipped in an insulated box with ice packs. Your butter may slightly thaw while in transit which is completely fine.  
 

We do not offer refunds. If there is an issue with  your order, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your shipment. Replacements are handled on a case by case basis.
